Music Speed Changer has three options for the range of pitch shifting. The default pitch shift range is two octaves, 12 semitones up and 12 semitones down. If you are only shifting by 6 or less semitones, you may want to switch the range to one octave to get more precise slider control. If you need to pitch shift in a larger range, you can expand the pitch shift range to four octaves, giving a -24 to +24 semitone range. Large pitch shifts can cause undesirable distortion, but have their application.
Changing the Pitch Shift Range
The default pitch shift range is -12 to +12 semitones, or two octaves.

To change this pitch sfift range, open Settings by tapping on the gear at the top of the editor.

Scroll down to SPEED AND PITCH and tap on the Pitch Shift Range

Select your desired range. One Octave is -6 to +6 semitones, Two Octaves is -12 to +12 semitones, and Four Octaves is -24 to +24 semitones.

Back in the editor, you can now adjust the pitch through the selected range.
